Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all sales of goods & services by High End Prints. The customer acknowledges that no employee or agent of High End Prints has any right to make any representation, warranty or promise in relation to the Goods or the sale of the Goods other than that contained in these terms.


The Printery Guarantee

At High End Prints, we treat our customers the way we would expect to be treated if the situation was reversed.
We want you to be thrilled with your stationery!
On the rare occassion that we make an error, we’ll fix it ASAP. But, if you’re unhappy for any reason, we’ll work with you on a solution.

While we’re committed to your complete satisfaction, we do have some specific cancellation and return policies for certain cases.
Those instances can be found below.

Customer artwork errors

Please make sure you’ve read and understood our Artwork Guidelines. Artwork that doesn’t meet our guidelines (or that we have contacted you about and advised against) won’t be covered under our Printery Guarantee.

We can’t accept returns or refund due to errors on customer supplied artwork (e.g. typos or custom die lines that don’t work as intended).

Double sided borders are not covered by our Printery Guarantee as we trim from the front side of the design, the reverse side may be slightly misaligned. 

High End Prints is purely a printing service and we don’t proof your artwork. While we do our best to spot any errors we might see during the pre-printing process that don’t meet our Artwork Guidelines (borders too close to the edge for instance) then we will try and contact you but can’t guarantee this due to the volume of orders we receive.

Final proofing (and testing of die lines) is ultimately your responsibility. Once supplied or uploaded, your stationery will print exactly as supplied.

If your printed stationery design doesn’t match your uploaded artwork design (this would be highly unusual), please contact us immediately and we’ll reprint the affected pieces free of charge.

Printed colours vs screen colour

We’re unable to accept returns because your printed stationery does not match the colours you see on your screen. This is because all monitors and screens display colour differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print. Please familiarise yourself with the limitations of printing.

If you are concerned about the potential colour result, we highly recommend ordering a printed sample.

We colour calibrate our digital presses daily to minimize colour variation, however consistency is not guaranteed, this is simply the nature of printing in CMYK. There is potentially a 5% variance in colour from the first proof/print to the final product.

If for some reason you do not like the colours you chose, please contact us. We’ll be happy to work with you on a reprint.

Canceling after approval to print or artwork supplied

Should you need to cancel or make a change after supplying/uploading your artwork, please contact us asap. Depending on whether your order has gone into production, we may be able to cancel it before the job is printed.

If your order is in the process of printing, we may be able to stop it midway and recover some of the costs for a refund. If your order has completed the printing stage, we’ll not be able to cancel, refund, or accept a return on the order.

Returning custom stationery

Custom printed stationery is not returnable. This is because custom printed items are created on a per order basis and cannot be resold.

If you have a problem with your printing, please let us know and we will aim to get it all sorted out as quickly as possible.

PRICING
Prices are determined at the time of order and prior to payment are subject to change without notice.

ORDERING GOODS
Any order placed by you in the manner described in this site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified on this site at the time you place your order.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, images and information given, High End Prints is not responsible for any error and reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price, image or the product description given by High End Prints, or an error in your order.

DISPLAYS & SAMPLES
Any display product or sample that has been inspected by the Customer is solely for the Customer’s convenience and does not constitute a sale by sample.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Once the order has been submitted, it’s considered to be final and no changes or additions can be made. Any additions will have to be placed as a separate order and shipped separately.

PAYMENT

PREPAID CUSTOMERS
Payments are to be made to High End Prints without any deduction or discount other than as stated in these Terms or in the relevant Invoice or Statement.
100% of the Invoice total should be paid when the order is placed.
The preferred method of payment is via credit card with accepted credit cards including VISA & Mastercard
A Customer’s order will not be shipped until the EFT funds have cleared High End Print’s bank account
If no payment is received, no items will be shipped

SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped automatically via the eligible shipping method after payment is received
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase
There is an Authority To Leave on all parcels, meaning they will be left at the premises regardless of whether it is attended
If an item is lost during shipping, the lost item will be shipped out to the customer again at High End Print’s expense
If an item is damaged during shipping the seller will not be held responsible
High End Print reserves the right to deliver orders in whole, or in instalments

INSPECTION
Unless the customer has inspected the goods and made a written notice to High End Print within 5 business days of delivery, the goods are deemed to have been delivered and accepted in good order and condition.

FORCE MAJEURE
High End Print is not liable to the buyer for failure to deliver goods where such failures arise or is the result of civil disturbance or war, strike, lock-out, first or any other circumstance deemed beyond reasonable control.

CANCELLATIONS
Any order that is cancelled after submission is subject to a 20% of the invoice total cancellation fee, with a minimum charge of $15 ex gst.

RETURNS/CREDIT POLICY
Items are entitled to be credited or returned based on complaint
An application via email must be made for a return/credit
The Invoice Number must be provided for the request to be processed
If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation & photographic evidence is required within 5 business days of delivery before the item may be considered for a credit
Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a credit. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund
Change of mind or cancellation of a job is not a valid reason for a return or credit
Returns or credits that are deemed to be due to the Customer attract a 20% of the credit total, with a minimum of $15 ex gst return fee
Credits and Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis
Credits are given against the Customer’s trading name
Credits are valid for 3 months from date of issue
Credits cannot be exchanged for a cash refund
Returns will not be accepted without the prior written consent from High End Print
All returned goods must be accompanied by High End Print’s Paper’s Invoice Details
Returned goods that are insufficiently damaged & therefore sustain damage will not be accepted and subsequently no credit will be applied.

DATABASE OPT-IN
We use your email address to send you emails about your orders. Before sending you any marketing emails, you will receive an email requesting you to ‘opt-in’. Once confirmed you wish to receive, we will send you emails on new products, special offers and other relevant news. We will not share your information with anyone – ever! If you no longer wish to receive our emails, you may opt-out at any time from the link in the email.
